You need to have a fair amount of text,
or you won't be able to see the warning sign...
because it is scaled to the size of the thing it covers.
This is a "warning2"...
It's a bit smaller to see what happens. Sooner or later it gets too small for the warning sign to be visible.
This is a "warning3"...
This one is definitely too small.
